To lower the ball spin what is necessary the shaft?  I play a 9 degree and a 10 degree.  My ball in the wind seems to balloon with either driver.  Would a stiff or Xstiff help?

Shaft flex has a big influence, but so does the shaft profile and design itself. You have to get fit to do it right.
