Anybody have one of these mats or experience hitting off of them.  I am thinking of getting one of mats they have on clearance to try out.   Are they any better than the mats at most ranges ?

I am not familiar with that mat, but my club is trying out a new mat that is kind of like  turf and is very soft.  Can even stick a tee in it.  Much easier on the leg and clubs.

Would it happen to be one of these?

If so, I'd like to hear what you think of them...

Thanks!

I hit off of some Truestrike (i thinik that was the name?) and they were great.  Could totally hit down on the ball with no fear or pain.  Knock It Stiff they were the ones at EJL if you remember those.  Pretty expensive though.
Tucson Arizon, Index down to 11!

Sundevil,

I looked into mats last winter, as I was setting up a hitting area in my garage.

The guy I was liaisoning with was pushing the fibrebuilt as a top notch mat.  He warned, however, that if I was going to take 'deep divots', or was prone to chunking, that the fibrebuilt could be damaged.

Apparently they're a top notch mat, though - very realistic.

“In Side-By-Side Test Country Club Elite Wins Hands Down”

“Jay,

In the spring of 2007 we ordered one of your Country Club Elite Mats along with one True Strike Golf Mat and one Fiberbuilt Golf Mat. My Members hit off of the three test mats for the full 2007 season and I’m happy to tell you that your mats won the side by side member test hands down.

My members really like the feel of the hitting surface and love the fact that they can use their own tees in it.

Enclosed is the order for 20 more units of your mat system for our range.

Thanks”

I'm so sorry I set it all up and forgot to click "save" - thank you for the heads up!
It's working now just go to http://www.realfeelgolfmats.com/#order
and after you select the best golf mat size for you
enter "FORUM" ) without the quotes) in the DISCOUNT CODE BOx and you should be all set.

I guarantee all of my golf mats - if you are not happy for any reason I'll take it back.
Thank you for letting me know about the problem you had with the discount code I appreciate it.
