Do any of the Rotary Hitters here ever fool around with rotating the forearms fully open late into the backswing?  Full rotation would be 90* from your address position.   Grip a club and rotate your forearms so that the front hand is facing the ground and the rear hand is facing the sky.  Roll them over to the address position again where the palms face each other.  Imagine that much release into impact!!!  WhooWeee.

Top of the backswing the club goes way off the target line to the rear.
