What is the best way to control shot distance from the bunkers?

!. Bigger and faster swing And/or

2. How much the club face is opened or

niether?

This wasn't addressed in the DVD.

Both of those variables plus the path of the club, i.e., more V shaped (steeper) for shorter shots, and more U shaped (shallower) for longer shots.

I don't know how to really explain my experience here Doug but, I just get a feel in a couple of practice swings for  "striking the match" under the ball regardless of how far the shot needs to go and the shots have been going the correct distance without me worrying about it.   It's really wierd but I'm not complaining.  I short sided my self several times here lately and I have gotten up and down 75 -80% of the time and almost holed several.  Same for longer shots too.
