Chuck,
Need some help. When doing throw the ball drill I am hitting a snap hook with everything, im obviously not shifting my weight and getting into neutral joint allignment but, am I doing something wrong when doing this drill? Should I concentrate on anything If im having too much secondary axis tilt when doing this drill? I am feeling like im not on top of my hip when doing this drill. Thanks |

Yep, sounds like you got it right, too much sec. tilt. If you're a lefty, work on feeling everything in vertical alignment at impact, ie, right shoulder, right arm, right hip, right ankle rather than being so far behind it. It will likely feel like your head is in front of the ball, but if the ball position is correct, it won't be.
