Could you expalin to me, what you mean by working the arms back down?
I have the same problem! LOL
 
I was thinking, that a kind of dropping the arms makes the swing out of sync. Is that true?
My second question is about your observation of gens shoulder. What do you mean by that?

By the way, why are you changing from rotary swinger to rotary hitter?
