Driver - Ping G10 10.5   /  OEM graphite

3 Wood - Mactec NVG  /  OEM graphite shaft

2 & 3 Hybrids - Nickent / OEM graphite

4 - GW - Titleist AP1 / DG HL Steel
SW 58 - Mizuno MP T Black Nickel

Putter - Rife 2 Bar Mallet

Ball - Bridgestone B330-RX

Stinger, Zero Friction tees
Bushnell 800, Original Skycaddie (PDA), iGolf GPS, Skycaddie 2.5

11/08 - Bday present.  Got the Skycaddie 2.5.  What can I say,  I'm a gadget guy.

5/08 - Put in Nickent hybrids and took out Alpha RX hybrids.

3/29/08 - Traded in TM Burner driver and bought the Titleist AP1 irons.  Too many clubs in the bag.  Need to hit the range to figure out what I want to do.

12/07 - Bought a used Mactec NVG2 3 wood.  Not sure yet if I like it more than my Tour Edge.

11/14/07 - Bday time.  New bag - 2008 Ogio Grom, new driver Ping G10 and new putter Rife 2 Bar Mallet. Traded in Titleist 905T, 983K and Cameron Newport to offset some of my purchases and clean out some of the clubs I haven't been using.

3/19/07 - Traded in MP60s for Taylor Made Burner Driver which replaced the 905T.

12/28/06 - Took 983K out and put in new (used) 905T. Also got an iGolf GPS and Zero Friction tees.

11/16/06 - Took Bangster out and put back the old reliable 983K. Did not have any consistency with the Bang.  Gave it a good try, might try reshafting it. Took Mp60s out and put back the 422s.

10/27/06 - Changed back to Rifle steel shafts in hybrids.

10/25/06 - Took a few of my MP60s to the range and hit them great so I took out the Infiniti 422s.  Also, will try the HX Hot ball.  Thinking of also putting the Rifle shafts back into my hybrids.  Just can't stop from fooling with my equipment.

8/17/06 - Took out 4 iron for another hybrid.  Reshafted the hybrids from steel to graphite.  Surprisingly, these closeout $15 shafts are working out well.  Totally different feel and a slightly higher trajectory.

WITC (what's in the closet) -  Bang Bangster,  Infinit 422 irons 3-GW, SMT O2,  Callaway GBB,  Titleist DCI Black 2-PW,  Ping Eye2 3-SW,  Ping Anser, Odyssey 3ball,  Taylor Made Burners,  too much other stuff to list.  I know, I have a problem.

Hopefully, this is the last update of the bag for a while. Purchased too much stuff this year that I could have done without. Maybe I need to make a New Year's resolution to have more restraint.

The year's summary:
3 drivers, 6 hybrids, 3 sets of irons,   1 putter, 1 wedge, iGolf GPS, Bushnell rangefinder, lots of balls, lots of tees, a few caps, couple pairs of shoes, lots of supplies (started building clubs). I did buy a few things used.

Those new Infiniti irons do look good though...........

3 months into 2007 and I made my first purchase of the year, the TM Burner.

Pretty comfortable with the clubs I am using.  Only purchases I am thinking of making this year are a new bag and maybe replacing the 422 heads with the new 658 heads which are similar but made with a softer metal.

OSLV,
I think you're supposed to start a new post for your bag........unless of course you want to give me your clubs.

Very happy wiith my new additions.  Great being able to adjust the lie of the Rife putter is pretty nice - don't know why more putters don't do that.

G10 driver is long and forginving.  Biggest surprise was that I like the Ping shaft more than the other options.

The heel-toe adjustable weighting?

The Mentor Sports Maestro does the same thing - but in a blade style.

No, not the weights.  I have seen other clubs with that option.  I mean the bendable hosel which lets you adjust the lie angle of the club.

Played my first round with the AP1s.  Very nice irons.  Really nice that they include a gap wedge with the set.  AP2s were a little too pricey at $300 more to even consider.  Doesn't look like a typical Titleist iron, maybe more like a Callaway product. Soft feel and slightly higher ball flight with the high launch shaft.  Distance was similar to the 422s.
